SPa review
Massages were great but unfortunately a power cut meant we couldn’t access the spa pool.

Very disappointing experience
They changed the time of our booking on the the day of our booking and called us to come At 11am (at 10am, leaving us 1 hour to get there) when our appointment was actually 2:30pm. Due to the short notice, we got there at 11:15 And they only massaged us for half an hour, rather than the full hour we paid. Absolutely disappointing service, worst experience ever.

Janiah was fantastic! 3 of us had an amazing experience with her, highly recommend. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Stunning views and great facilities

So relaxing
I had a massage here the day after coming back from tramping/hiking and it was just perfect. I came early and relaxed in the pool, sauna and waterfall shower before the massage. The view of the river and mountains is amazing and I could watch tui and quail visiting the gardens. It was very peaceful. The massage was great at getting all the tightness out of my muscles. There's an a la carte breakfast and dinner there or a couple of good places to eat and drink nearby which is handy. Only the steam room was still closed. There is a new manager and they seem keen to make lot of improvements
