Jess said... I had a massage here the day after coming back from tramping/hiking and it was just perfect. I came early and relaxed in the pool, sauna and waterfall shower before the massage. The view of the river and mountains is amazing and I could watch tui and quail visiting the gardens. It was very peaceful. The massage was great at getting all the tightness out of my muscles. There's an a la carte breakfast and dinner there or a couple of good places to eat and drink nearby which is handy. Only the steam room was still closed. There is a new manager and they seem keen to make lot of improvements
