This fun and interactive mission allows you to put your problem-solving skills to the test in real life, and will challenge you in more ways than any computer game could!

Channel your inner detective as you and your team come together to complete an outdoor clue solving mission that takes place around the streets of Wellington. Using a series of clues and the help of your team mates, your mission is to help a beloved pet, Paddy the dog, find its lost owner.

Mission: 'The Search for the Lost Human' begins outside the Wellington Museum next to the statue of a dog, Paddy the Wanderer, which is where you'll receive your first clue. From there, you'll set off on foot around the streets of Wellington solving various clues in the hopes of tracking down Paddy's lost human.

Once you have found your answer, you will simply message us in order to get your new clue, but you’ll want to be quick in order to reach the top of the leaderboard and make Clue Zealand history!

Depending on your detective skills, the mystery will take 1-2 hours to solve and will include 2km of walking, taking a break halfway if needed. We recommend having teams of up to 6x detectives. If you have a larger group you can divide into teams to compete against each other. If you have young detectives we have a family-friendly option too!

Experience this exciting interactive adventure throughout Wellington, problem-solving, solving challenges and working as a team to complete the mission!

Loads of fun

We did it as part of our team year end activities and it was great! loved being outdoors, loved getting to explore wellington. The questions were just the right in terms of a challenge but not overly hard! Will do it again!

Fun

We did as part of a birthday party for teens. Alot of fun once they got going on how it works. Definitely better if everyone has a phone to read the clues as they need to, at their pace. Took us a fair distance . Well done.

Good experience for the price

We enjoyed the experience and it took approx 1.5 hours with a group of 5. We did the family challenge even though we have young adults but it was still quite challenging in parts. The only thing was I went into the Wellington Museum reception at the start to confirm my booking and they had no idea what I was talking about. I then realised that outside the Museum is merely the starting point but has nothing to do with them. Maybe a good idea to inform Museum staff about it so they can redirect people if necessary who make the same mistake. Also some advice about where to park would be useful.

Great Walk

Enjoyed the experience, fun walk around finding out about different places. I'm not from Wellington, but was able to find most of the things easily.
