Michelle Ward said... We booked through booking.com online when looking for a paddle board hire company. Booked for 10am only to receive a text that morning to say can we make it 10.30am then a bit after that a lady turned up. Showed us what to do (on land) told us the rules and health & safety brief and left to go and sort out a tour group from the cruise ship. We didn't have water proof watches so had no idea of the time we had to come back in. Also got out on the water and one of the paddle boards didn't have enough air in it but by this stage the lady was no where to be seen. Definitely room for improvement here.
