All the staff were so welcoming and professional from the moment we walked in the door until we left with happy memories (and the photos to prove it). Bonuses we didn't expect were a visit to the trout farm (where we had a hot chocky) and then a hot dog when we returned to the shop. Highly recommended, and if I'm ever in the area again I'll book in for a 'braver' trip with them for sure.
