Kakariki - Cruising to the Maori Rock Carvings

Posted by oliviam13 from New Zealand on 4 Jan 2022
oliviam13 said... I went on the summer 7.30pm sunset cruise and it was stunning. It’s a 2 hour trip which includes a glass of wine or beer and you get to swim half way through in the most idyllic spot on the lake when the sun sets. Possibly the most lovely swim you can ever have. Or you can stay on the boat and watch the sunset with drinks. You can also BYO drinks and food and hook your tunes up to the sound system if you want. It’s easy going and the commentary is great. A fab way to spend the evening.
