Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. It was a pleasure having you on our Tour.
We love the duck tours we've been on it 3 times. This time round it was still as entertaining , fun and interactive , we took our son for his birthday and he enjoyed it and was even sung too , which made our time even more special. Thank you to our driver and tour guide. We appreciated the time and effort to make it a memorable experience. Highly recommend.
Whole experience from arriving till leaving was thoroughly enjoyed by my family and I, staff was amazing views were stunning , highly reccommend this experience to anyone contemplating doing it , great for all ages my only regret was purchasing the kids a duck whistle because that's all we listened too on our way back to our hotel hahaha
They took my booking and payment for a tour on Christmas Day, when they aren’t even open on Christmas Day: they didn’t reply to my email and when I callled the women laughed at the situation. I organised some tours to try to fit this one in as it is a gift for my son’s birthday but they were booked out because they took other bookings first rather than reply to me. The only tour they could offer was in a day when my husband had the car and they refused to provide transport to get us there. A complete waste of our time trying to fix their error and a very disappointed child at teh end of it. Only one star as I can’t give zero.
Wonderful experience. Super friendly staff allowed my husband and I to store our folding bikes in the office while we went on the tour, so helpful. Alex and Ollie were great hosts, very knowledgeable and funny. The lakes were stunning and the fresh air made a wonderful change from the sulphuric smells in the town. Just be sure to take layers of clothing and head coverings because the wind rushing through can be freezing.
Thank you for leaving us a review. Yes, Rotorua can get cold - but the scenery makes it all worth it :) So happy to hear you had a great time.

Unique and entertaining
Great fun for the family, like nothing we've done before. The commentary was informative and light-hearted. The lake touch-downs were an obvious highlight but the view of Mt Tarawera was also inspiring.
