Disgusting service ever

ayakok said... We booked for JUCY cruise with high expectations because it was our second time with the same cruise. The first experience was quite good but this time was the worst ever. We paid for a cruise but we were made to go in a small crowded boat . We were given cards for grabbing the lunch in the cruise the moment we entered before the jucy van but we were put to starve in the cruise as the staff said somebody stole the food we already paid for and they didn’t have any other option than make us starve . When we complained at the counter to the manager , we were offered stale food from a cafe in Te Anau after long hours . Such a disgusting service that we highly recommend NEVER TO CHOOSE JUCY CRUISE .
