From the time we phoned and spoke with George, he was nothing but helpful and accommodating. Due to the snow the area was not accessible, George changed the venue so it could go ahead. On arrival we were meet by George seats with cushions and given hot water bottles to keep us warm. However the weather was against George and it clouded over, 15 mins into stargazing and George canceled and offered a refund. No problems with a very prompt refund. I will not hesitate in rebooking stargazing with George again when we next visit Lake Tekapo
