Explore the 5-acre sanctuary at Kiwi Park, a family owned and operated wildlife centre in the heart of Queenstown!
Come enjoy the sights, sounds and wildlife of New Zealand at The Kiwi Park!
New Zealand is home to an amazing array of unique wildlife, the Park allows you to see these animals and learn all about them right in the heart of Queenstown.
We have over 20 species of native wildlife on display, including New Zealand's national icon, the kiwi and our living fossil, the tuatara. Most of the animals held at the park are part of nationally managed breeding programs for conservation.

The Kiwi Encounter allows you to have an unforgettable experience viewing the kiwi and learning about these fascinating birds from our qualified zoologists. Don't miss the chance to visit our Café and Conservation Shop. Your entry, purchases and donations support our continuing conservation work.
