Best value for money. Great tour. Will do it again 😊
A fantastic day started with an early bus ride from central Queenstown. Our shuttle was right on time a smaller but very comfortable mini bus. Our driver Carl was excellent and his commentary along the way was a very nice touch! His knowledge of the landmarks and mountain ranges was second to none. We arrived at the pier and had about 15minutes to board the cruise ship which was much larger than I was expecting. Lunch was provided (Chicken Pie/Proper Crisps/fruit/muesli bar/cheese and crackers/bottle of water) the Pie was OK but seemed to fit the experience as you are only on the cruise for about 2 hours. The crew aboard the jucy cruise are absolutely lovely (The fluffy bearded Irish man was so funny and made us all look like chumps as he stood outside IN THE FREEZING COLD wearing his TSHIRT humming sea shantys) he was awesome! The crew also had some great facts about the abundance of sealife (you will see seal and many birds - occasionlly dolphins drop by and even humpbacks and orca. Overall an amazing day!! Thanks Carl for getting us there and back safely!
We booked for JUCY cruise with high expectations because it was our second time with the same cruise. The first experience was quite good but this time was the worst ever. We paid for a cruise but we were made to go in a small crowded boat . We were given cards for grabbing the lunch in the cruise the moment we entered before the jucy van but we were put to starve in the cruise as the staff said somebody stole the food we already paid for and they didn’t have any other option than make us starve . When we complained at the counter to the manager , we were offered stale food from a cafe in Te Anau after long hours . Such a disgusting service that we highly recommend NEVER TO CHOOSE JUCY CRUISE .
Kia Ora Ayakok, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are really quite upset to hear that you have recommended others never to choose our company again. At the weekend, our boat suffered some damage, and so was deemed unfit to cruise on for health and safety purposes. On learning this, and on a very busy Queen's birthday weekend, we enlisted the help of our partner operators to ensure that our guests could still enjoy the full Milford Sound experience to avoid disappointment. We did both email and phone you to advise that you would be travelling on a different boat to our own, and from our records it shows that you were happy to accept this change. Our staff prepared all lunches in our galley prior to the cruise, as our partner operator does not have the same facilities on board, and transferred them to our partner operator. We are sorry to hear that your lunch was taken by another passenger, but we hope that you understand that it is quite difficult for us to control and change the behaviour of other customers. As there were no food preparation facilities on board, we were unable to rectify this straight away. On complaining to our manager after the cruise, he organised for a café on the return journey to prepare food for you so that you would have some sustenance for the trip home. As the call to make the order for the food was made one hour before your arrival, we are quite surprised to hear that this freshly made picnic pack was deemed stale. We will follow up with our café partners and pass on your feedback. As mentioned both by email and by phone, we are sorry that our unexpected maintenance issues have disrupted your trip, but have truly done everything in our power to ensure you still were able to get the full coach, cruise and lunch experience. We are also sorry that someone took your lunch, and are really disappointed that you felt our solution of ordering you extra food was inadequate, especially when there was no other food available on board, or on shore before the coach departed. We would certainly be keen to get some feedback as to how we could improve our response should the same situation arise again, so please do email us on [email protected] or phone 0800 500 121 with your suggestions. Best wishes, JUCY Crew
Must commend Brett (guide and driver) for doing a good job in driving and dropping us off safely and providing interesting facts about Milford Sound. Also want to commend Ruby for her enthusiasm and being very courteous. Enjoyed the trip and will try to book again in a slighty rainy day to see the falls

Love the glass ceiling bus and the smooth sail
Love the glass ceiling which was very convenient to capture the amazing views either sideways(by the windows) or upways (via the ceiling). No suffocation worries and very informative driver. The cruise itself was very smooth and informative as well. Loce love the scenic views it provided
