Notes

Gift Purchase: If this service is purchased as a gift for anyone other than yourself please include contact information for the person who will receive this service at Nadi Wellness. This ensures your friend receives the correct starting time and location to arrive at for their enjoyment of their service.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide a shower after massages.
Nadi Wellness will contact you as soon as possible with your treatment start time. We recommend checking on the day of your booking if there are any changes - we strongly recommend providing an email address AND a contact number. Preferable starting times can be requested but not guaranteed. Please note that we do not give refunds if you cancel your booking within 24 hours because your preferred time slot isn't available.
Please check in 10 minutes prior to your appointment time at Nadi Wellness Centre and provide a contact number. Please note that mobile services are not available for this deal.
Please Note: We just recently experienced a high volume of last-minute cancellations. Your time is as important to us as our own. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 HOURS NOTICE. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client who would be hoping to get an appointment with us.
If 24 HOURS NOTICE isn't given, or you simply do not show, we won't fully refund you. In certain cases (snowfall, road closures, cancelled/ delayed flights, hospital/ doctor visit), we can allow a 30% refund. Please note that we will require proof if one of these situations happens if no proof is provided, we will be unable to organise a partial refund. Your travel insurance might be able to cover.
Please notify BookMe or Nadi Wellness directly if something is incorrect on your booking voucher.
Please note that if you require a pregnancy massage to contact us first before booking so we can allocate your booking to a pregnancy trained therapist.

Not great

Paid for 90 minutes, got taken 15 minutes late for my appointment, (appointment was for 9:45am, got taken into the room at 9:55am, and therapist finally began at 10:03am - there’s a clock in the room so it’s pretty easy to tell the time). Then therapist finished at 11:15am in spite of me asking at the start if I would still get the full 90 minutes. Room was cold and noisy, squeaky uncomfortable bed, could hear people doing dishes and banging things around in other rooms and could hear people at reception laughing loudly and talking to other customers. Definitely NOT a relaxing experience and I wish we had never paid in advance, as otherwise we would have disputed the charge. Really disappointing especially as this was a really special treat following some difficult surgery.
