These lessons are an ideal way to have fun and learn to surf alongside other keen beginner surfers.
With small group sizes, you can be assured that you will be getting the very most from your lesson.
Our interactive sessions include a theory aspect to help boost your confidence in the water and in yourself.
You will learn about beach safety such a rips and surfing techniques.
We will tailor the lesson to your ability and you will get the support and instruction you need to have fun surfing.

Fun, fun, fun !!!
We had a great first group surfing lesson with Ellen. Clear instructions with helpful pointers which allowed us both to manage to stand up on our boards. Highly recommend to everyone to give it a go! Lots of fun and we even had dolphins join us. Beautiful beach with fantastic weather.

I took 3 lessons, all of them were amazing! I was able to improve my skills and the instructors were so nice and gave me a lot of great advice! Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience!
Such a great lesson. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our lesson through learn2surf Waipu. The member of staff was so friendly and ran through everything in an understandable manner. Definitely would recommend to anyone considering learning to surf
