Food wise, customer service 5-star! Salads always fresh, sauces great, meat amazinggg! Regardless if booked via bookme for discount or not- always our go-to for quick filling affordable yet absolutely great tasting souvlaki!

Terrible

When we arrived for our booking the store was quiet, there was one table seated. When approaching the counter the lady asked to see my confirmation, which I showed her. Her response was that because our booking was not until 12, we had to come back. It was 9 minutes to 12, that is all. She didn't care at all so we left and ate somewhere else There was no invite to come in, grab a drink and check the menu, just come back at 12.... 9 whole minutes away. It was just rude and totally absurd. It seems that my family and I will continue not to have eaten at O'Connell's Mall since the refit.
