Worth every cent, what a cool place! Kids had the best time
Staff were very kind. Kids loved Snowplanet and it was worth the money. Would definitely book again!
I wouldn’t recommend snow planet to anyone, there was no measures in place for disinfect hired gear specially u times like these when we are in a pandemic. Helmets were stinky, we went to winter wonderland, but I wouldn’t call it wonderland, things were broken, fairy lights were out. No safety measures were in place. I am giving it 1 star coz only the toilets weee clean.
The activity itself was great. However, we only had an hour at winter wonderland and snow planet was so busy. Upon entry the receptionist gives you a wristband and writes your time on it. By the time we waited in the queues getting our gear in the right sizes and getting the kids ready a lot of time was wasted. Considering the amount of people at snow planet, there was definitely not enough staff in the gear room. Once we got on the snow we only had half an hour left. It took our kids About half an hour to get the hang on the snow and build confidence. They were really disappointed when it was time to go and said they got hardly anytime on the snow, which was true. I was glad we had vouchers to do this activity so didn’t waste any of our money. If we paid for it I would have been quite annoyed as snow planet is not cheap.

Fun experience for the kids
It was quiet enough that the kids got a really good go. The staff were friendly but more information and direction on arrival would have been helpful.
