Murder in the Prince of Wales Hotel 2: This game transports you to the 1860s, where the notorious Garrett's gang, accused of robberies and murders, is hiding out in the Prince of Wales Hotel. Your mission is to prove their guilt by entering the gang's hideout, defusing booby traps, and gathering evidence of their crimes. But time is of the essence, as the gang will return soon. This adventure combines historical elements with an escape room challenge, making it a thrilling experience for history and mystery enthusiasts.

Gold Heist in the Gold Rush: You're transported back to the bustling gold mining town of Queenstown during the 1860s gold rush. The town is reeling from the largest gold heist in the region, with the gold bank's vault now empty. As an elite team of detectives, your task is to unravel the secrets of the Gold Bank, discover the culprits behind the gold theft, transmit this critical information to the authorities, and ultimately escape the room. This immersive experience immerses you in the historical setting of a gold rush town and challenges your investigative skills.

Jackpot in the Miner's Cottage: Plunges you into the world of gold prospecting in Skippers Canyon during the Gold Rush era. A miner has been found dead after discovering an enormous gold nugget from the Shotover River, the world's richest gold river. Before his demise, he claimed to have found the fabled "Mother Lode," the source of all the river's gold. Your mission is to step back in time to the Gold Rush Cottage, hunt for the gold nugget and its origin, and ultimately make your escape. Good but a bit dark

Really good puzzles and very fun, although the lighting of some of the puzzles made it hard to do without using our phone torches.

Our escape adventure

We unfortunately choose the hardest room on our first try. Didnt see the difficulty levels when booking on book.me. Had a blast though. Really have to work together and have everyone share opinions. Great puzzles and love the mechanics. Would definitely do again. Highly recommended. The instructor upstairs was not very cheerful or welcoming. The lady downstairs at ThrillZone lovely

Mind boggling

This was the first time the whole family had done ab escape room. We did the prince of Wales hotel. It was a really great set up and an interesting room. There were a number of tests that challenged us, in particular one of the last ones hurt our brains! I think we were a little hot and hungry by this point! 🤣 As unfortunately the air con was broken on this day. However Briony kept us calm and was very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the set up and how good the game was. Will be back for sure to try another one!
