We went there on the agreed day and time, but everything was closed. So, we called the number we saw on the sign in front of the establishment and the guy who answered the call said he had sent an email saying he would not be operating until January 5th. That email had gone to SPAM and for this reason, I hadn't seen it. Furthermore, the rescheduling he proposed would be from the 5th of January, but we would not be in town after the 3rd of January. Because of this, we had no available date for rescheduling. So, I would like to know how we can get the refunded since the trial flight was not made, as it was not being operated on the date I bought it.
