  • Parent or guardian consent is required for patrons under 14 years. Clients are required to inform us if they are allergic to anything.

Notes

  • Public Holidays: Massage Eden is open from 10 am until 6 pm with an extra 15% surcharge which is to be paid directly on the day of your appointment to Massage Eden spa.

    Important: We advise you to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out a consultation form. Arriving after the start time will cut into your treatment time and treatment will not be extended past the booked slot to ensure other customers are not affected.

    Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will attract a 25% transfer fee, which is to be paid directly on the day of your new appointment. Please note no- shows and rescheduling within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund.

    Discounts are not in conjunction with other promotions.

  • Please note: Please select your preferred time slot. The start time will be confirmed in an email / text / phone call from Massage Eden once your booking has been processed.

    E.g. if you pick Morning from 10 AM - 1 PM, Massage Eden will get in contact to confirm your exact start time between the hours provided via email / text / phone call. Please do not turn up before you get the confirmation from our Massage Eden team.
