Kia Ora Luciana, so glad you had an amazing day :) thank you for your feedback
Tour was cancelled one hour before boarding.
Kia Ora Verena, Unfortunately, you made your booking the day before and you were the only person booked on the swim for this day. We kept the booking system open until the last hour, as it was still summer and we would regularly get bookings come through during the night. I am assuming that you did not call the day before to confirm the booking, and as such, you were unaware that we only had your booking for the next morning's swim tour and hence your disappointment and surprise that the tour was cancelled one hour before boarding. Kind regards, Sophia
Courtney and Paul took us out for a beautiful morning on the Sounds. We learned about the area and the different dolphins we would see. We were treated to a magical encounter with the rare Hector's dolphin - a large group stayed with our boat! What a blessing to see so many of such a rare species. It did mean we could not swim with them, nor with the dusky dolphins we saw as they had a juvenile, but it was a truly memorable day to see the Hectors. You can tell that the staff love their work and care for the animals, as their comfort is prioritised. Partial refund offered as we couldn't swim with them, but this company deserves all of the business it can get. Dedicated staff, great wetsuits and masks to use for the tour and a fantastic experience in the Sounds!

Amazing
We had an amazing time. Nothing was missing: sun, great team, smooth sea, and obviously the dolphins ?! We were lucky enough to swim 3 short times with a herd of bottlenose dolphins who were in the mood of being social (as they usually travel without stopping). A cup of cocoa and some cookies while watching them slide under the boat was a perfect finish to this unforgettable morning!!
